Members are being reminded and encouraged to take advantage of the Blood Pressure, and Diabetes Screenings that take place every first Sunday, in Classroom 3, following the morning Worship Service.
The Women's Ministry Revival will take place on Thursday, May 5th and Friday May 6th at 7:30 PM nightly. The theme is "True Worship". Evangelist Gwendolyn Broxton of Savannah, GA will once again bring the message. The Mt. Carmel Women's Ministry Choir will render the music nightly. All who would like to participate in the choir are encourage to join us for rehearsal at 7:00 PM on April 11th, 18th, and 28th.
The Mt. Carmel Women's Ministry Retreat is scheduled for October 3rd through October 7th. The cost of the retreat is $550. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is now due. Please see Sister Carolyn Brown or Sister Mamie Simmons to make payments.
Family portraits will be taken by Big By Nature Productions on Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st (immediately after service) in the fellowship hall. The cost for the package is $20. The package includes (4) 4x6, (2) 5x7 & (1) 8x10. There will be a sign-up sheet for time slots in the foyer following today's service. This is a fund raiser sponsored by the Youth department. The Ushers Seminar is Saturday, May 7th at the Old Ashley Center from 8:45 AM until 3:00 PM. Please register by April 25th. You will earn 10 credit hours oward your Ushers Degree. Please see Deacon Green for more information.

The Youth Department has begun taking payment for the upcoming Youth Retreat to Chattanooga, Tennessee. The trip is scheduled for July 11th through 15th. A non-refundable $25.00 deposit is mandatory to hold your seat. All deposits are due by Sunday, April 3rd. Please see Deacon Marvin Goodwin or Dionne Salters to make payment.
The Youth Department is now taking t-shirt orders for the annual community picnic. This year's t-shirts are red with white lettering. Order forms are available in the foyer.
Free tutoring sponsored by the Extra Mile Club is back up and running. Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM in the ROTC room at WBECHS. Parents are asked to please allow your children to tak e advantage of this opportunity, especially if they are struggling in a particular subject. Please contact Sis.
