 If your child will be participating in the upcoming Christmas program, please sign the roster located in the foyer as you are exiting the sanctuary.

  Deacon Marvin Goodwin invites all of his Ward 1 members to join him at Golden Corral on Sunday, October 4th at 2:00 PM for their annual Ward Dinner.

 The Youth Department will sponsor its monthly Family Fun Night , October 16th at the Fellowchip Hall from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The activity and theme for this month's event will be "Family Game Night".

 Sheldon Township's Healthy Churches Consortium has planned events for the month of October in observance of Go Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness.  A Go Pink Walk-a-thon will take place at 8:00 AM, Saturday, October 17th at Whale Branch Early College High School's Earl Campbell Stadium.  Go Pink observances will continue on Sunday, October 18th with Sheldon Township Goes Pink when congregations are asked to wear pink and to designate an area inside and outside your church to decorate in Pink.

  Lady's Island Baptist Church extends an invitation to our men and boys to participate in their 2015 Male Bonding Retreat.  The retreat will take place Friday, October 23rd through Saturday, October 24th at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island.

Residents of Senate District 45, let us show up to vote in record numbers on Tuesday, October 20th to fill the unexpired term of the late Senator Clementa Pinckney.  They say we won't, let's prove them wrong!
