Second Celestial Baptist Church's 140th Anniversary
Pastor Moore and the Mt. Carmel Church family have been invited to preside over the service celebrating Second Celestial Baptist Church’s 140th Church Anniversary. Service will begin Sunday, August 22nd at 1:30 PM. All members are asked to please attend.
3rd Quarter General Cleanup
Our 3rd Quarter General Cleanup of the sanctuary, fellowship hall and church grounds will take place on Saturday August 28th at 7:30 AM All men, women and youth are being asked to come out and participate in the cleanup.
Youth Choir Rehersal
Parents are reminded that Youth Choir Rehearsal will continue to be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Women's Ministry Visit with Sick and Shut-In
The Women’s Ministry will visit with the sick and shut-in on the 5th Sunday (August 29th) following the morning worship service.
Youth Night Bible Study
Youth Night Bible Study is held every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 PM at the fellowship hall for youth ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-19. They are encouraged to invite a friend. For further information or concerns, please contact Deacon Tyrone or Sister Renee Willis.
Volunteers Needed For Children's Church
Volunteers are needed for Children’s Church and the Nursery. Individuals are asked to please see Pomzella Davis to volunteer for Children’s Church and Ozell Richardson or Deacon Bernard Johnson for the Nursery.

To receive credit for your tithes and contributions, we ask that you please fill out the contribution envelopes legibly so that names and amounts can be clearly understood. The only contributions tracked for tax purposes are those listed on the contribution envelope. Also, we ask that you include your first and last names.
